Serve as the voice of the government customer, partnering with product, operations, compliance, and legal teams to ensure NeuroFlow capabilities meet evolving public-sector needs and procurement standards
Act as the principal point of contact for agency partners, leading regular program reviews, responding to government inquiries, and managing escalations in accordance with contract terms and agency protocols
Maintain adherence to government contract requirements including regulations, data security standards, and agency-specific reporting obligations
