  • Define and champion a compelling access strategy across Payer Value Proposition Development & Field Enablement and Patient Support Services Affordability Solutions
  • Inspire teams to pursue a shared vision that elevates access and affordability
  • Design and evolve affordability solutions that balance patient financial support with insured coverage pull-through
  • Own, manage, and grow relationships with external advisors, market access agencies, and access vendors
  • Communicate the brand access vision and work with partners to build and execute access strategies and programs
  • Craft persuasive payer engagement strategies leveraging data, market research, and field intelligence
  • Deliver differentiated value propositions that resonate with payers
  • Establish seamless collaboration between Global Brand, U.S. Marketing, and Commercial teams
  • Engage internal stakeholders across Market Access peer functions, HCP Sales, U.S and Brand Marketing
