Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience or equivalent work experience providing exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts
Previous experience as a Business Development Specialist in a related industry
Proficiency in integrated business management and CRM software, such as NetSuite and Odoo
Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to propose creative solutions (preferred)
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (preferred)
Skills in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation (preferred)
Ability to effectively manage improvement projects throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring strategic alignment and deliverable focus (preferred)

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for business growth and optimize marketing strategies
Analyze business processes and finances, implement business plans, and establish effective networks
Support the Dedicated Renal Commercial Structure in the Southeast United States for Capital, Aftermarket, and Service
Evaluate and expand business operations to drive sustained growth
Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunities to increase profitability
Evaluate and improve sales, marketing, and branding strategies
Perform competitor analysis to gain increased market share and develop new lines of business based on consumer behavior
Develop client relationships and strengthen industry partnerships
Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue
Demonstrate strategic vision and foresight, mentorship and talent development, and influential leadership (high impact behaviors)
