Requirements

Experience in product management, preferably in a growth-oriented role
Strong understanding of software development and computer vision
Ability to own outcomes and take responsibility for results
Motivation to improve processes and products
Experience with growth loops and user experience design
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with MCPs and CLIs
Strong coding skills, preferably in Python
Experience working with open-source projects

Responsibilities

Own and drive MRR growth quarter over quarter, day over day, and year over year
Plan and implement strategies for near-term wins and long-term sustainable growth
Obsess over the funnel, from acquisition to conversion to activation to retention
Work alongside the Enterprise team to create clear differentiation and counter-positioning
Enable Growth AEs to be an accelerant to the PLG motion
Identify and implement growth loops within app.roboflow.com
Serve as the voice of the customer in every discussion
Ship incrementally and rapidly, recognizing that perfect is the enemy of good
Leverage MCPs and CLIs to review customer input, prioritize features, generate roadmaps, and share updates with stakeholders
Write and submit code through PRs, functioning as a product manager
