Responsibilities

Own and drive MRR growth quarter over quarter, day over day, and year over year, planning and implementing strategies for near-term wins and long-term sustainable growth
Obsess over the funnel, from acquisition to conversion to activation to retention
Work alongside Enterprise team to create clear differentiation and counter-positioning for a coherent, unified strategy between segments
Work closely with Growth AEs to enable them as an accelerant to the PLG motion
Identify and implement growth loops within app.roboflow.com, obsessing over user experience to understand what excites developers and deliver it quickly
Serve as the voice of the customer in every discussion, advocating for their needs even when standing alone
Ship incrementally and rapidly, prioritizing hundreds of easy wins over perfection
Leverage MCPs and CLIs to review customer input, prioritize features, generate roadmaps, and share updates with stakeholders while keeping pace with engineering (deploying ~twice per day)
Write and submit code through PRs, functioning as a product developer
