Candidates should possess 3+ years of project management or coordinator experience, an understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, experience with software development lifecycles and best practices, and experience with IT implementation methodologies. They should also have the ability to allocate resources effectively, monitor performance, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with well-developed planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The Associate Project Manager will administer multiple small, fast-paced Business Strategy, Analytics, and Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM projects, setting up project billing codes and rates, approving submitted project time and expenses, creating and maintaining a high-level project plan for each customer, communicating with clients to obtain feedback and approval, ensuring the project team is aware of deliverables and milestones, consistently tracking time spent on activities, proactively communicating project status to stakeholders, effectively collaborating with technical team members, employing project management leading practices, and traveling up to 25% of the time.
