Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a project coordinator for field testing. Proven written and verbal communication skills, a clear understanding of project management best practices, and demonstrated ability to take ownership of task execution with minimal supervision are essential. Experience interacting with customers, resolving issues, and proficiency with online testing platforms like Centercode, Confluence, Slack, and Microsoft Office Suite are required. Familiarity with software APIs and JSON coding is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Associate Project Manager will develop Alpha and Beta program plans, processes, and user education materials, and recruit/onboard users. They will maintain test project timelines, act as a liaison between testers and stakeholders, and triage feedback. Responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing user feedback, debugging issues, escalating critical problems, and defining/documenting test processes. The role involves setting up online projects in Centercode, integrating user feedback with other platforms, creating Jira tickets, and participating in triage meetings. Additionally, they will define users' weekly tasks, ensure user engagement, and gather, analyze, and present test findings and survey analysis to internal stakeholders.
