Requirements

Candidates should possess successful end-to-end medium to large ERP implementation experience in a consulting environment, preferably with prior Workday experience. They should have experience managing projects, a practitioner background in HR, Finance, or Payroll, and a PMP certification is a plus. Prior experience working with (insert industry here) clients is preferred, along with knowledge of ERP systems, specifically HCM, Finance, and Payroll.

Responsibilities

The Engagement Manager will act as the face of the project, leading Workday implementations from beginning to end for Government clients, communicating and addressing budget or resourcing constraints while ensuring customer satisfaction and project success. They will become an expert in Cognizant’s Cynergy™ Implementation Methodology, participate in the sales cycle, ensure projects are properly planned and staffed, track issues and risks, provide guidance and mentoring to consultants, present client with change orders, present at Executive Steering Committee meetings, and assist in the transition of the customer to product support.
