Responsibilities

The Operations Finance Analyst I will administer daily financial management for projects, identify and resolve contract-related issues, and perform budget-to-actual analysis for revenue calculations and forecasting. Responsibilities include preparing payment schedules, processing invoices, reconciling revenues and billing, and creating financial tools and dashboards. The analyst will also analyze cost assignments, coordinate project deliverables, track project information and budgets, and ensure timely and accurate client invoicing and collection. Additionally, they will support management in assessing revenue and gross profit risks, present data analysis and dashboards to leadership, and mentor team members.
