Requirements

Candidates should possess 5 years of experience designing and shipping complex, enterprise-level SaaS products, with a strong preference for experience in CRM, sales-tech, or related B2B domains. They must demonstrate systems thinking, including the ability to deconstruct complex problems and design scalable solutions, along with strong design instincts and best practices, Figma proficiency, a commitment to continuous learning, experimentation-oriented thinking, and a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers on their squad to brainstorm, build, and validate solutions for complex user problems, partner with Engineers on hand-off designs and design QA for enterprise-level features, map complex user workflows, participate in weekly sprint planning and daily standups, provide feedback and maintain a cohesive end-to-end experience through collaboration with other designers, conduct user interviews to validate designs, utilize and contribute to the design system, identify high-impact areas, develop hypotheses, test, and iterate, and integrate quantitative and qualitative data into product decisions.
