Requirements

The candidate should possess at least 2 years of experience leading platform engineers through successful product deliveries in an Agile environment. Certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional - Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are desirable. Proven skills in measuring software engineering key performance indicators and experience with global engineering teams, particularly those in India and North America or Europe, are also required. Proficiency in Jira is necessary.

Responsibilities

The Technical Product Owner 2 will oversee project execution for one or more teams, driving cloud team roadmap realization and collaborating with other teams to ensure adherence to infrastructure and security best practices. This role involves reinforcing and improving global engineering standards, collecting and presenting key performance indicators of global agile teams to senior leadership, and acting as a servant leader for agile best practices. Responsibilities include owning the product backlog for 1-2 teams, contributing to the enterprise roadmap, refining stories and acceptance criteria, prioritizing the backlog based on scope, budget, and time, and guiding products from discovery to release while assessing opportunities and risks. The TPO2 will obtain stakeholder buy-in, define and report key performance indicators, lead agile ceremonies, organize workshops with users and agile teams, and introduce new tools and practices.
