Requirements

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably within the healthcare, insurance, digital health, or employer benefits industries, along with experience in software integration and system integration. Solid conceptual thinking and analytical skills are required, as is the ability to resolve problems of moderate complexity, and experience with Jira and Zendesk is a plus, alongside familiarity with Javascript or other scripting languages.

Responsibilities

The Business Systems Analyst will support business stakeholders by developing an understanding of operational processes and systems, providing day-to-day support for complex application systems, creating test plans and scenarios, and designing and conducting program and integrated system tests. They will also troubleshoot stakeholder issues, collaborate with technology partners for resolution, coordinate daily with vendors to manage support and enhancements, analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements, create documentation for teams, apply data analysis skills to fulfill requests and support decisions, and collaborate continuously with stakeholders through various communication channels. The role includes performing other duties as assigned.
