Position Overview
AG Consulting Partners is building a consultant roster to support current and upcoming client projects. We are seeking project managers with diverse backgrounds, including Marketing, Operations, Finance, Data & Analytics, and more. Many roles offer remote work options.
Important: We are only considering candidates based in Washington State and Texas for this engagement. Candidates not located in these states will not be considered.
Responsibilities
A typical day as a Junior Project Manager (Consultant) may involve:
Project Tracking & Execution
- Managing project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring deliverables align with client expectations and company goals.
- Utilizing project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday.com) for task tracking, progress monitoring, and report generation.
- Conducting risk assessments, identifying potential roadblocks, and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Supporting Agile and Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to facilitate efficient teamwork.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Acting as a liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders, developers, and leadership.
- Developing and maintaining status reports, dashboards, and presentations for clients and senior leadership.
- Organizing and streamlining communication channels in a fast-paced environment.
Process Improvement & Business Analysis
- Analyzing existing business processes and identifying areas for optimization using data-driven insights.
- Creating process maps and workflow diagrams to illustrate proposed changes and their impact on efficiency.
- Partnering with clients to develop scalable, sustainable solutions aligned with business goals.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Using quantitative methods and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to interpret data and identify trends.
- Providing actionable insights to inform decision-making and process optimization.

Requirements
You have:
- 2+ years of client-facing consulting experience.
- Residency in Washington State or Texas.
