Responsibilities

The Associate Director of Revenue Operations will lead the forecasting discipline for subscription businesses and partner with Client Partnerships and Client Success leaders to drive go-to-market strategies. They will collaborate with Revenue leaders on territory assignments, sales/compensation plans, and quotas. This role involves supporting executives and sales teams with business performance visibility, creating reporting tools, monitoring sales metrics, and generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards. Additionally, they will manage relationships with external CRM teams, implement CRM optimizations, research conversion rate opportunities, manage sales team goals templates, and provide reporting for Quarterly Business Reviews.
