As part of Deel’s rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced Associate Director or Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy for the DACH region. We are looking for a self-driven, creative, and strategic marketer who understands what it takes to build and scale market presence in DACH. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing segment-specific strategies and executing local campaigns that drive sustainable brand awareness and generate high-quality pipeline.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy for the region—from planning and execution to performance analysis. You’ll be responsible for crafting and deploying demand generation initiatives that grow our brand presence, attract early adopters, and convert them into loyal customers and passionate brand advocates.
