Responsibilities

The Associate Director, Marketing will lead and execute the marketing strategy for the DACH region, owning the end-to-end marketing strategy from planning to performance analysis. Responsibilities include crafting and deploying demand generation initiatives, developing go-to-market strategies, collaborating with local and central teams on demand and field marketing programs, owning content and integrated campaign strategy and execution, leading cross-functional initiatives, and driving growth by developing and reporting on key KPIs.
