Requirements

The Associate Account Executive should have a strong understanding of Baxter's product portfolio and the ability to build trust with healthcare professionals. Candidates must be able to influence decision-making through consulting and sales efforts, including presentations and discussions about CAM products and reports. An understanding of how to best use reports in patient care is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Associate Account Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with select Bardy existing customers, including building relationships and driving sales growth. This role involves in-servicing accounts on the accurate use of products, services, and reports, and helping to achieve company goals under the mentorship of the Regional Sales Manager. Responsibilities include protecting and growing prescribing rates, identifying and winning new prescribers, explaining reports and their use in patient care, managing inventory for assigned accounts, conducting staff training on patch application and BDX Connect, developing efficient routing to accounts, and selling the benefits of the CAM while differentiating from competitors. The Associate AE will also triage issues to Customer Experience regarding STATs, password resets, and MTP processes.
