The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for delivering topline sales and achieving sales and distribution targets for the assigned area. This includes planning and executing sales strategies, managing distributor relationships, ensuring optimal stock levels, and monitoring market coverage and brand availability. The role also involves financial management, including credit control and timely claims settlement, as well as people management, motivating and developing the sales team. Additionally, the manager will develop and implement localized trade marketing initiatives, analyze market situations, forecast sales accurately, and ensure adherence to the company's code of conduct and regulatory norms.
