Requirements

Candidates should have 5-7+ years of experience in trade strategy, trade marketing, or related CPG roles, with a strong understanding of retailer promotions, trade mechanics, and customer planning. Experience managing trade calendars and spend across multiple channels is required, along with proficiency in Excel and CPG data metrics. Experience with TPM platforms is strongly preferred, as are strong communication, organizational, and self-driven skills. Occasional travel is expected, and preference is given to candidates who can work hybrid from Brooklyn, NY or Austin, TX offices, though remote candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities

The Senior Trade Manager will build and own the trade function at Graza, leading the development of account-level and national trade programs and managing promotional calendars. This role involves aligning trade strategy with brand goals, pricing, and commercial targets, and partnering with Sales and Marketing on in-store activations. Responsibilities include owning trade spend forecasting and tracking, monitoring spend performance, recommending adjustments for maximum impact, and leading TPM system implementation. The manager will also collaborate with Sales, Demand Planning, and Finance to ensure alignment and accuracy, track performance using POS and syndicated data, build reports to measure trade effectiveness, and identify opportunities to improve ROI.
