Responsibilities

  • Support employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, terminations, social insurance procedures, etc.) using HR information systems (Workday/SAP)
  • Check data processed in HR systems and ensure accuracy of information
  • Collaborate with external vendors for smooth social insurance procedures and related operations
  • Manage employee data, relocation support, HR-related reports, etc., while understanding and properly applying applicable policies
  • Continuously analyze daily operations and proactively drive improvements for better employee support
  • Act as key contact for other HR partners/vendors to improve process efficiency and employee support
  • Respond to employee inquiries with high professionalism and provide excellent support
  • Utilize knowledge management tools to provide accurate information to all employees
  • Use ServiceNow system to manage employee inquiries and response progress
  • Analyze system processes, identify issues/risks, and propose improvements
  • Create job guides and end-user operation guides for internal systems
