Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for experience in account management, project management, digital strategy, or technology roles at a healthcare advertising/communications/marketing agency. They should also have experience in multichannel marketing projects, such as closed-loop marketing and email campaigns, and demonstrate an aptitude and interest in learning Veeva/Salesforce product administration, along with exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

The Agency Partnership Manager will qualify potential agency partners, lead new business calls, onboard and train new agency partners, maintain and grow agency partner relationships through consistent communication and support, triage and troubleshoot customer project requirements, set up and administer Veeva test environments, develop partner documentation and resources, and work closely with agencies, customers, and internal Veeva teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
