Responsibilities

  • Aantrekken van nieuwe klanten voor het sociaal secretariaat, vooral KMO's met 5-50 medewerkers
  • Overtuigen en inspireren van KMO-werkgevers om klant te worden bij Liantis
  • Zoeken van oplossingen in diensten zoals sociaal secretariaat, sociaal verzekeringsfonds, preventie & welzijn, risk solutions, talent services, afwezigheidscontrole
  • Uitbreiden van diensten voor bestaande klanten
  • Zelf afspraken plannen en contracten afhandelen
  • Luisteren naar ondernemingen, begrijpen van hun behoeften, actief meedenken en adviseren over Liantis-diensten
  • Samenwerken met verschillende teams binnen Liantis
  • Opvolgen van warme leads van boekhouders, campagnes of events
  • Meedenken over het commerciële plan voor de regio
  • Rapporteren aan de salesmanager
