Requirements

Candidates should possess 2-3 years of experience in digital media, with a focus on account management or customer success. A strong understanding of digital advertising, media planning, and campaign execution, particularly across social and video platforms, is required. Experience in programmatic advertising, including familiarity with DSPs, PG/PMP deal management, and campaign execution, is also necessary. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously are essential, as is a blend of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving for strategic media plans.

Responsibilities

The Account Manager will partner with Sales, Ad Ops, and Brand Strategy to develop campaign strategies and media plans aligned with advertiser KPIs. They will serve as the primary post-sale client contact, overseeing communication, asset implementation, scheduling, KPI tracking, billing, and reporting. Responsibilities include owning campaign execution from start to finish, managing Tastemade’s PG and PMP campaigns for success and revenue optimization, monitoring performance, leading optimization efforts, and translating data into actionable insights. The role also involves crafting and presenting final reports with learnings and recommendations, identifying upsell or renewal opportunities, supporting pre-sale efforts with research, and developing a deep understanding of Tastemade’s ad product offerings. Additionally, the Account Manager will manage third-party studies and act as an internal project manager to streamline cross-functional workflows, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
