Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in a DSP/programmatic work environment, experience in advertising technology or a related field, and the ability to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing technology environment. They should also possess excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills, a passion for achieving higher levels of growth and development, and the ability to assist, manage, and abide by client needs while working with complaints respectfully.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams as a customer advocate to integrate client feedback and experience metrics into product decisions, work closely with the Media Buying team to understand client objectives and goals and create optimal media buying strategies, review campaign performance and provide detailed feedback to media buyers for optimization, educate clients on new platform features and practices, and drive revenue and enhance client campaign performance by working with Sales and Media Buying teams. You will also educate clients on programmatic buying knowledge and be comfortable working with multiple clients and accounts across diverse industries.
