Tes principales missions (Your Main Responsibilities):

  • Manage a portfolio of key restaurants in mature areas, where expertise and attention to detail make all the difference.
  • Develop privileged and sustainable partnerships by becoming the expert point of contact for your zone and leveraging your Food Tech knowledge.
  • Optimize the performance of your accounts through personalized, long-term support, fueled by data.
  • Analyze restaurant results, identify areas for improvement, and recommend concrete actions to your manager while remaining agile and open to novelty.
  • Propose and implement targeted marketing and promotional campaigns to boost the attractiveness of your partner restaurants.
  • Closely monitor operations to ensure the best possible restaurant and customer experience.

Ton expérience et tes qualités (Your Experience and Qualities):

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role focused on partner portfolio management.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and anticipate commercial discussions while keeping Deliveroo's values in mind.
  • Skillful in managing your portfolio, identifying new market trends, and sharing useful feedback with partners and your manager.
  • Comfortable in the field, building trusting relationships with partners while keeping a close eye on the competition.
  • Proactive, able to analyze the results of your actions, and propose concrete recommendations to your manager.
  • Ability to work autonomously while staying focused on objectives and striving to achieve them.
  • Skilled in designing specific actions tailored to both partner needs and your manager's defined strategy.
  • Proficiency in identifying, understanding, and analyzing commercial and operational performance data to ensure an impeccable level of service.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
  • Ability to convince while building strong, lasting commercial relationships where Deliveroo becomes the partner of choice.
