A positive growth mindset, the ability to approach difficult situations calmly and tactfully, and an obsession with customer experience and satisfaction are also required.
The Account Manager will ensure the complete post-sale success and satisfaction of SmithRx customers, serving as a trusted advisor and business partner to client operational leadership. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client success plans, orchestrating the involvement of additional SmithRx teams to achieve client business goals, completing reporting and data requirements, building trusting relationships with client operational leadership, understanding customer business challenges, and applying cross-functional project management to resolve escalated client issues. The role also involves supporting research and data activities, identifying product gaps through business impact assessments, managing client expectations, prioritizing issues, and assessing escalations to mitigate client attrition risk.
