Meet the Role

As an Account Executive, Revenue Growth, your primary responsibility is to identify and close sales opportunities within PointClickCare's existing customer base. You will introduce new products and services to current customers, strengthen customer relationships, and proactively engage in business and sales opportunities to achieve objectives.

Meet the Team

You will report to a Director of Sales and collaborate with other Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) to meet sales targets. The team fosters collaboration, sharing of best practices, and is supported by leadership described as "ENABLERS" who provide individualized support for success and career development.

Territory

This remote role is for individuals based in North America and includes travel to client sites and conferences. The territory managed is Ohio.

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and develop effective sales strategies via phone and email.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success post-launch to ensure consistent value delivery and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent sales pipeline through daily lead generation.
  • Identify and communicate complementary add-on and cross-selling opportunities by leveraging detailed knowledge of PointClickCare's products, programs, and services.
  • Manage and resolve moderate to complex transactional operations and issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Potentially be assigned to highly strategic customer accounts with a high revenue base.
  • May assist with training and coaching other Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Design and execute strategic business plans with detailed action items to drive profitable revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • Experience with outbound calls to generate sales, preferably with small-medium service-based companies.
  • Ability to quickly build strong customer relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bonus points for experience in the software industry.
