Federal Systems Integrators (FSI) Account Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Federal Systems Integrators (FSI) account manager with a proactive and creative mindset to drive strategic opportunities within the U.S. Government sector. This role is crucial for expanding NVIDIA's platform adoption and revenue growth by leveraging AI and accelerated computing to support the government's digital transformation. The ideal candidate excels at building trust across all organizational levels and thrives in complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary interface to major FSIs, including General Dynamics.
  • Accelerate the adoption of NVIDIA technologies across FSIs and their government programs, focusing on significant revenue growth.
  • Engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, from C-suite executives and VPs to program managers, technical fellows, and engineers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline development, forecasting, and deal closure.
  • Work on a wide range of public sector workloads, such as sensor processing, AI Factories, and HPC.
  • Collaborate with DoD peers to ensure FSIs effectively integrate NVIDIA solutions into RFI/RFP responses.
  • Engage with software developers through activities like hackathons, bootcamps, and workshops to educate them on NVIDIA AI solutions.
  • Partner with server, cloud, and software vendors to identify and accelerate new business opportunities.
  • Travel as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. An MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience selling IT solutions to and with federal integrators and the U.S. Government.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with strong executive presence and a strategic approach.
  • Proven experience selling HPC & AI hardware and software, with knowledge of NVIDIA's platform and ecosystem.
  • Consistent record of building large pipelines and securing wins across new business units and mission areas.
  • Excellent social skills and persuasion abilities, capable of communicating complex concepts in a compelling, concise, and creative manner.
  • A collaborative, high-energy self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, works effectively across diverse teams, and exhibits strong leadership presence.
  • Experience with Salesforce.

Ways to Stand Out

  • Experience selling to General Dynamics and its major business units.
  • Located in the Washington, DC area.
  • Established working relationships with IT vendors such as Dell and HPE, and cloud providers like AWS, OCI, Azure, and GCP.
  • Experience working for or with AI-focused technology companies.
  • Possession of a security clearance, or the ability to obtain one.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $200,000 - $304,750 USD
  • Compensation Structure: 85% base salary, 15% variable compensation.
  • Determination Factors: Compensation will be based on location, experience, and pay equity with similar roles.
  • Additional Benefits: Eligible for equity and benefits.
