Position Overview

Bloomerang is seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our team. This role focuses on supporting account managers by identifying and qualifying upsell opportunities within our existing customer base, booking qualified meetings, and maintaining a steady pipeline of leads. You will have the opportunity to further develop your sales skills while partnering with the account management team to turn leads into opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify upsell opportunities through inbound leads and outbound prospecting.
  • Make 30–50 outbound calls per day to prospective clients as part of daily outreach goals.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and re-engage past prospects.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Managers.
  • Use CRM tools (like Salesforce, Outreach) to manage leads and track progress.
  • Meet or exceed daily productivity targets (calls, emails, etc).
  • Continually learn about our SaaS and fundraising solutions and the nonprofit sector to effectively communicate value.
  • Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve processes.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills to engage leads via phone and email.
  • Ability to qualify leads based on their needs and readiness to buy.

  • Ability to hit sales goals consistently (monthly and quarterly).
  • Strong sense of professional goals and being career driven.
  • Being highly detail-oriented who can learn new processes quickly.
