We are seeking a mission-aligned Enterprise Account Executive who is passionate about partnering with large nonprofits to leverage innovative technology and advance their missions. This role involves working collaboratively with nonprofit leaders to understand their objectives, identify operational challenges, and co-create solutions that amplify their community impact. This is a strategic, consultative position requiring the ability to manage complex sales cycles, engage diverse stakeholders, and inspire transformative change. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding nonprofit executives in making informed decisions about their future.

Responsibilities

  • Mission-Driven Partnerships: Cultivate deep, meaningful relationships with nonprofit executives and program leaders to understand their mission and how technology can support their impact goals.
  • Consultative Engagement: Lead insightful, research-informed discussions with organizations to identify critical challenges and collaboratively develop tailored solutions using Apricot 360.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Solutions Engineers, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-value, organization-wide solutions.
  • Outcome Alignment: Assist nonprofits in defining success metrics and align stakeholders and strategies to achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Prospecting and Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify, qualify, and engage with new enterprise nonprofit opportunities, taking ownership of building and managing your sales pipeline.
  • Continuous Growth: Actively seek and incorporate feedback through peer reviews, role-playing, and coaching, demonstrating a commitment to mastery and ongoing development.
  • Ownership & Performance: Take full responsibility for your assigned territory, pipeline, and performance, consistently meeting or exceeding quota while upholding high standards of integrity, execution, and customer impact.
  • Travel: Engage in in-person client meetings as necessary to build trust, conduct onsite discovery sessions, and support the sales process.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5-7 years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 2 years specifically in enterprise-level sales.
  • Proven track record of managing complex deals with multi-stakeholder buying committees and securing six to seven-figure contract values, preferably within the nonprofit or public sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
  • Strong business acumen combined with empathy and a service-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with value-based sales frameworks such as Challenger, MEDDIC, or similar methodologies.
  • Coachable, curious, and committed to continuous professional growth.
  • Proficiency in modern sales engagement tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach.
  • Bonus: Experience with nonprofit case management software, impact measurement, or human services systems.
