Sales Development Representative

Candidates should have at least 8 months of experience in Sales Development, familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models, and experience generating outbound leads. They should also possess CRM experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of sales processes.
The Sales Development Representative will grow the top of the sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns, generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives, utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs, develop outbound strategies for high-potential areas of growth, partner with various teams to provide content and impressions, research companies and add prospects to the outbound list, and maintain accurate client relationship data within HubSpot.
