Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical and/or translational outside sales, along with a proven track record of growing specific, targeted markets, a strong technical background in molecular biology, sequencing, or genomics, well-developed professional and strategic sales skills, and demonstrated ability to convert qualified leads into closed deals. Excellent listening, time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills are also required, alongside strong negotiation skills, a detail- and service-oriented approach, and a team-minded selling style.

Responsibilities

The Senior Territory Account Manager will write and execute a strategic business plan to exceed revenue targets, manage and grow key accounts with expertise, develop a territory and account-specific sales plan, execute the plan to meet assigned sales quotas, utilize and maintain a CRM database, engage customers in complex sales environments, navigate a multi-tiered sales process for equipment, consumables, and services, develop high-value accounts through relationship-building, identify and manage clinical and research sales opportunities, focus on specific areas like Oncology and Reproductive Health, develop comprehensive knowledge of prospects, prepare and present technical sales presentations, coordinate sales activities, manage account details within the CRM, leverage CRM to grow sales, provide sales forecasts, build a sales pipeline, satisfy product training requirements, and effectively build a customer base.
