Candidates should have 5-10 years of quota carrying sales experience, particularly with enterprise accounts and complex sales cycles. A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas is essential, along with experience in managing a book of existing accounts and working at early-stage growth startups. Technical savvy to conduct product demonstrations is required, and experience selling to the customer experience side is a bonus. Previous sales experience with a SaaS CRM solution is also a bonus.
The Account Manager will work with the sales leadership team to define and execute quarterly and annual sales goals while consistently meeting sales quotas. They will coordinate closely with the customer success team to maintain strong customer relationships and identify new selling opportunities. The role involves driving cross-sell and expansion opportunities, becoming an expert in AI and its value for customers, and successfully delivering the company's value proposition and product demonstrations. Additionally, the Account Manager will represent Kustomer as an industry thought leader and maintain an understanding of the competitive market space.
