Requirements

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in Account Management or Expansion Sales, with a proven track record of successfully growing revenue within existing Mid-Market or Enterprise accounts. They must demonstrate strong consultative selling and discovery skills, along with proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and a highly organized, self-motivated work ethic. Comfort working in a hybrid environment, engaging face-to-face three days per week, is also required.

Responsibilities

The Account Manager will drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within an assigned portfolio of current customers, develop deep relationships with key stakeholders to understand evolving needs, partner with Customer Success to share account insights, lead discovery and value-based selling for Formstack’s platform, and collaborate with various teams to support expansion efforts. They will also track pipeline activity, opportunity status, and revenue forecasts in Salesforce and related systems.
