This role focuses on driving sales for Deel's services within the SMB market. Account Executives are expected to manage a high volume of sales activities and presentations to meet demand for Deel's platform.

Responsibilities

  • Make a high volume of sales presentations, requiring strong time management and control of non-selling responsibilities.
  • Achieve maximum account penetration and sales within an assigned SMB territory.
  • Manage inbound demo queue and own the SMB inbound lead flow.
  • Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Master qualification and value-based selling using Command of the Message strategies.
  • Maintain accurate SFDC data, including accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on the product roadmap, industry changes, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide feedback on market opportunities and trends, contributing to Deel’s long-term SMB strategy.
  • Attend industry events and leverage partnerships & marketing content to support SMB top-of-funnel activities.
