The Business Development Manager will be the catalyst for connecting Field Nation to new clients in the SMB territory. By developing new business through prospecting, generating appointments with senior level decision makers, and converting prospects to customers, this person will play a large role in continuing Field Nation’s expansion. This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment where new ideas are encouraged and collaboration is a must.

As an agile and growing organization, the business needs may change. This may result in us hiring someone with less or more experience than the job description states. The range stated below is a starting point of the compensation conversation; we’d like to hear what your compensation expectations are too!
