A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
The Business Development Manager will proactively identify and pursue new SMB business opportunities, engaging C-level and operational stakeholders to drive partnerships, understand customer needs and communicate how the Field Nation platform enhances operational efficiency and field services delivery, own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through acquisition—ensuring a smooth handoff to the Implementation Team, contribute to product and service strategy by sharing market insights, consistently exceed sales targets through strategic value selling, and travel up to 25% as needed.
