Requirements

Candidates must be geographically based in ASEAN and possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Executive with SMB experience at a unicorn startup or tech company selling to the ASEAN Region. Proven experience selling SaaS technologies, strong communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex matters are essential. Responsibilities

The Account Executive will represent and demonstrate Deel's value to prospects and customers, building relationships to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities. This role involves researching and qualifying client requirements to provide tailored solutions, collaborating with the SDR team to strategize and maintain a healthy pipeline, and ensuring ongoing communication with internal stakeholders in Marketing, Customer Success, and Senior Leadership. Maintaining an updated CRM system and attending industry events to build relationships in the HR Tech/FinTech and Payroll ecosystem are also key responsibilities.
