Candidates must possess at least 10 years of full-cycle sales experience, with a preference for cloud, databases, business intelligence software, data warehousing, and SaaS. Proven ability to develop, manage, and close new client relationships at the CxO level within Public Sector organizations is essential. An extensive network with key decision-makers and partners in the Public Sector, coupled with deep knowledge of their technology procurement processes, is required. A track record of building and expanding substantial business with Public Sector clients (over $3m ARR) and mastery of a solution-based selling approach are necessary. Strong communication, presentation, relationship management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also crucial.
The Account Executive will develop strategic relationships and identify new business opportunities within Public Sector state-level organizations. They will act as a trusted advisor to customers at senior levels, driving thought leadership by understanding IT roadmaps and proposing solutions aligned with digital transformation goals. Responsibilities include challenging the status quo, collaborating with marketing and partners to develop revenue growth plans, and managing complex sales processes.
