Candidates must possess strong executive engagement skills and an inspirational mindset to help customers understand the opportunities of the platform of platforms vision. They should have the ability to articulate the advantage of ServiceNow being built on a single cloud platform with a single user interface, one codebase, and one data model. Experience with architecture development methods, modeling approaches, and architecture patterns for integration is necessary. The role requires interaction at multiple levels within customer accounts, including Enterprise Architects, Domain Architects, Directors, VPs, and CXOs, and the ability to maintain these relationships throughout the customer journey. Collaboration with internal ServiceNow business units and the ability to provide thought leadership are also key requirements.
Enterprise Architects will act as technical leaders for customers' most complex solutions, ensuring they realize the value they need by leveraging best practices and industry standards. They will create and communicate high-level architectures and strategies, both written and verbal, to audiences up to the CIO/CTO level. The role involves leading and participating in workshops, best practice overviews, and educational sessions for existing customers and partners. Responsibilities include engaging with customer executives to identify pain points and opportunities, translating these into ServiceNow solutions, and helping customers understand the power of the Now platform and the future of work. Architects will lead architecture and design engagements demonstrating how ServiceNow meets customer needs in areas like IT Transformation, Digital Products/Services, Platform as a Service, Enterprise Service Management, and industry-specific solutions. They will understand customer business strategies and articulate how ServiceNow enables and delivers value, integrating seamlessly into their technology landscape. Additionally, they will contribute to the creation of best practices, white papers, and workshops.
