Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the technology sector
  • Demonstrated sales record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Success in maintaining an existing customer base and cultivating new business
  • Ability to explore and make recommendations to customers based on their needs
  • Excellent customer service orientation, both face-to-face and on the phone, to support remote users
  • Strong initiative and creativity applied through technology
  • Vibrant and energetic attitude, with a willingness to perform and get things done
  • Experience working in the channel is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 200+ existing RingCentral accounts
  • Become a subject matter expert on RingCentral services, including Mobile, Office, and Contact Center
  • Sell RingCentral’s hosted VoIP platform, call management services, and IP hardware
  • Develop a strong understanding of RingCentral’s differentiators, internal/external systems, sales methodologies, and processes
  • Drive new business initiatives within the small and mid-market business markets
  • Align with channel partners to leverage their relationships and maximize revenue growth and minimize churn
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of existing customers acquired through direct and channel partners
  • Cultivate and saturate business within accounts, uncovering and capitalizing on upsell opportunities
  • Provide high-level customer service
