Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and ideally have 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or technology sales, with a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of complex software solutions. Experience selling to legal professionals or large enterprise clients is highly desirable.
The Account Executive Mid / Up Market will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, developing tailored financial offers, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. They will primarily engage with accounts through outbound prospecting, collaborating closely with BDRs and CSMs/AMs to generate business opportunities and drive revenue growth. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
