Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in a Sales role, preferably in the SaaS industry or strategy consulting, and experience performing complex software/platform demos. Native French and English proficiency (level B2 or equivalent) are required, along with a basic understanding of HR culture.

Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for signing new logos within the French market, leading opportunities from demo to closing, participating in responses to requests for proposals, growing your network with HR & training decision-makers, and developing sales strategies to close deals. You will also contribute to building a solid network of HR Directors, VP HR, and Training Managers, process inbound projects, and meet quarterly targets, while also improving the sales playbook and contributing as a subject-matter expert.
