The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year focused on the Mid-Market segment. A proven ability to develop new territories, manage the full sales cycle, and acquire new clients is essential. Experience working with cross-functional teams and excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English are required. The candidate should also possess a strong desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment and a willingness to take on increasing responsibilities.
The Account Executive, Mid-Market, is responsible for growing and managing a targeted list of accounts, developing a territory plan to acquire new business, and managing the entire customer buying journey. This includes providing guidance and expertise to prospective clients, meeting or exceeding monthly and yearly revenue targets, and continuously building a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach and collaboration. The role also requires maintaining an up-to-date CRM system with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data.
