Requirements

Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in Account Management or New Logo acquisition within a SaaS organization. A hunter mindset is essential, along with excellent project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Experience managing six-figure renewals and upsells in a SaaS company, exceptional stakeholder, communication, and relationship management skills are required. Prior experience working with large, matrixed customers to drive product adoption and workflow change management is also necessary. Proficiency in the Japanese language is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will manage MURAL’s mid-market and enterprise clients in the APAC region, focusing on expansion and retention. Responsibilities include understanding client business goals, anticipating needs, and delivering optimal solutions. The role involves driving planning sessions, leveraging project management skills for complex accounts, owning annual renewals, expansions, and upsells, and establishing consultative relationships. Additionally, the Account Executive will coordinate with cross-functional teams, develop best practices for the Account Management team, and act as an internal advocate for clients by eliciting feedback for product teams.
