Job Title: Account Executive - APAC

Work Mode: Remote (within the listed state)

Note: Employment is contingent upon passing a background and credit check.

Position Overview

The Account Executive - APAC is responsible for bringing new business to BambooHR by educating prospective clients on the BambooHR platform. This role involves building relationships with HR professionals, department leaders, and executives to demonstrate the potential ROI BambooHR can provide, converting prospects into new clients. BambooHR offers a proven process for B2B SaaS selling and a unique sales culture.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage cultural insights and local market knowledge to tailor sales strategies for the APAC region.
  • Manage and be responsible for the entire sales pipeline for the APAC region.
  • Receive extensive and specialized SE and Product Marketing support.
  • Contact white-paper leads.
  • Conduct sales via web conference and phone (no travel required).

Requirements

  • 2+ years of SaaS or other related Sales experience.
  • International Sales experience preferred.
  • Track record of exceeding expectations.
  • A desire to have a successful career in sales.
  • Ability to articulate the BambooHR value proposition to SMBs via webinars, online demos, phone, and email.
  • Demonstrated collaboration and negotiation skills.
  • Great attitude, self-motivated, and a passion for growth.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work a 4/10 shift schedule with working hours 12 PM-11 PM MST.
