Demonstrated collaboration and negotiation skills, a great attitude, self-motivation, a passion for growth, and excellent written communication skills are also required. Applicants must be willing to work a 4/10 shift schedule from 12 PM to 11 PM MST.
The Account Executive for the APAC region will be responsible for bringing new business to BambooHR by educating prospective clients on the platform and building relationships with HR professionals, department leaders, and executives. This involves demonstrating the potential ROI of BambooHR to convert prospects into clients. Key duties include leveraging cultural insights and local market knowledge to tailor sales strategies for the APAC region, managing a large pipeline, and utilizing extensive SE and Product Marketing support. Sales activities are conducted via web conference and phone, with no travel required.
