Your Role at Baxter

As an Account Executive, you will be the primary connection to healthcare professionals who rely on Baxter's products. You will be the face and voice of our solutions, enjoying the connections between teams and how they collaborate to drive business results. The insights and feedback you provide will help validate and inform priorities and changes for cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of Baxter capital equipment, including smart beds and surfaces, mobility solutions, and clinical workflow solutions (software and information technology).
  • Manage territory sales ranging from $3M to $15M.
  • Provide expert knowledge and insights to support the successful adoption and implementation of Baxter's solutions.
  • Achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction within your assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to capture new accounts and enhance performance in existing accounts.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, identifying key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Develop strong, collaborative relationships with clients, offering strategic mentorship and support.
  • Take ownership of your sales territory, achieving results and providing outstanding value to customers.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, driving revenue growth.
  • Utilize expertise in sales tactics and market knowledge for effective negotiation and relationship-building.
  • Partner with other sales specialists and support teams across Baxter to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Lead and participate in on-site customer deliveries and oversee new product installations.
  • Schedule and lead quarterly/annual client business reviews.
  • Maintain industry and product knowledge, staying abreast of current healthcare trends and technology.
  • Lead sales specialists and services personnel to drive new deals.

Requirements

  • HS diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales experience.

Travel

  • Local travel up to 75%, with minimal overnights.
