Requirements

Candidates should have 7+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales roles within enterprise software, with a strong understanding of the Energy & Utilities sector, including operational workflows and business models. Experience with CRM, FSM, or CX platforms like Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, or ServiceNow is required, as is the ability to influence technical decisions and articulate business value. Familiarity with ServiceNow's CSM, FSM, or SOM applications, utility-specific use cases, industry certifications, and experience presenting to VP and C-level audiences are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Advisory Solution Consultant will act as a trusted technical advisor, leading the technical sales strategy for ServiceNow's CRM product portfolio within the Energy & Utilities industry. This includes crafting tailored demos and solution narratives, understanding utility use cases, and collaborating with account teams and partners to deliver industry-aligned value messaging. Responsibilities also involve conducting workshops, discovery sessions, and executive briefings, as well as partnering with AEs to build pipeline, qualify opportunities, and execute presales motions.
