Requirements

Candidates should have 8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud based ERP, HCM, Financial, Planning, or Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position. They must also have 8+ years of experience collaborating with internal teams like pre-sales and value to achieve quota and manage multiple deals simultaneously, along with 8+ years of experience managing longer deal cycles, including prospecting for opportunities.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will develop strategies for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities within their assigned territory. They will perform account planning, coordinate with pre-sales and other resources for strategic alignment, and initiate sales of Workday solutions to Large Enterprise prospects, sharing the Workday value proposition. This role involves developing relationships with net new customers, focusing on deal management, connecting customers with Workday solutions, particularly core financials, and negotiating deals with C-Suite Executives. The Account Executive will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.
