About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-starting Account Executive in Korea who is passionate about voice technology and its transformative potential for businesses. This role involves partnering with organizations to help them create new experiences and monetization opportunities at scale using our breakthrough voice technology, rather than simply selling a product or custom solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across various industries that are adopting conversational AI, contributing to ElevenLabs' revenue goals.
• Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities can enhance user engagement, drive automation, or improve cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends.
• Demonstrate expertise, or a strong willingness to learn, about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs’ voice technology can unlock value in areas such as customer support, virtual agents, and in-app assistants.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company.
• Experience with AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms is highly desirable.
• Proven experience selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams is a strong plus.
• A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise, or a strong willingness to learn, about voice and audio AI and how our solutions can benefit prospects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• A hybrid customer- and product-driven mentality that prioritizes client satisfaction and scalability.
• Fluency in both English and Korean, with a deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances.
