Requirements
Candidates should have at least 2 years of demonstrated success in a strategy sales position and 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience at a software or technology company. A strong track record of driving revenue, creating new business, and delivering a customer-centered experience is required, along with comfort using CRM systems for record-keeping and forecasting. Strong presentation, active listening, prioritization, organization, critical thinking, drive, initiative, energy, and a sense of urgency are also essential, as is a growth mindset.
Responsibilities
The Senior Account Executive will meet or exceed sales goals and quarterly revenue targets by closing net-new opportunities at mid-sized companies and sourcing new prospects. They will position Huntress' offerings, act as a trusted advisor, and stay current on competitor offerings. Responsibilities include turning client feedback into actionable strategies, influencing client decisions, negotiating win-win solutions, and collaborating with Sales Engineering, Operations, Product Management, and Account Management teams. Maintaining accurate CRM records for daily activity, forecast, and opportunity information is also required.
