Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in selling horizontal SaaS solutions to mid-market organizations, specifically targeting technical stakeholders. A proven track record of closing enterprise-level software deals exceeding $100K is required, along with a strong understanding of APIs and integrations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop senior-level relationships are essential, as is the capacity to discuss IT concerns knowledgeably.
The Account Executive will drive revenue by owning the entire sales cycle and deeply understanding customer needs. They will navigate complex multi-party sales and establish trust through consultative conversations with executives. Collaboration with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success Managers is necessary to create strategic adoption plans, and the Executive will also manage sales activity and revenue forecasting in Hubspot while providing recommendations to product teams to influence the Enterprise roadmap.
