Candidates should possess 5-7 years of sales experience with a proven ability to manage a full sales cycle and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, achieving at least a 30% conversion rate from opportunity to closed deal. Strong proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools is required, leveraging data to drive results.
The Account Executive will focus on closing deals from both inbound and outbound sources, managing the full sales cycle for complex products and services with a consultative approach. They will handle upsells and expansions within their portfolio, while also building a supplementary outbound pipeline to meet revenue goals, collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and sales leadership, and track and report on key metrics such as conversion rates and sales cycle velocity.
